Hello friends;
Today first time i am trying to write my meditation experience, because i think i need to share it with all of you.
Its near about more than one month i started doing meditation. Still I did not have any meditation guru here. But i research from internet and few friends who are helping and motivating me to do meditation. Till date i did not feel any kind of enlightenment which i can remember. But from the day i started meditation i feel the world around me is become more beautiful and sweet. All the persons i meed are very generous and good, and I think this is a real miracle or enlightenment. I try to meditate all time when I Awake, Here I will discuss my meditation seating experience and more what ever i feel to share.
Well now today's experience.
5:50 AM
As usual everyday, I seat on the bed for meditation in a comfort way. I feel relax and comfortable, concentrate on my breath (Inhaling and Exhaling), I did not hold my breath as i feel normal breathing give more concentration. After seating in meditation, after sometime old memories strikes my mind today. I was not able to stop them as they were very strong and I also don't want to stop them. I just follow the old memories, and when the memories went away from my mind I just feel a deep silence for few moments. Length of meditation is 25 minutes.

After seat for meditation, i put a quick body scan to check all of my body parts. Todat i just try to concentrate on my body stillness and in a small movement of body i aware of it. It was a calm moment. I check when body stayed in a all environment brain start sending signal to move any body parts. Length of meditation is 15 minutes.

This time i went in peace ✌ and feel very relaxed. Just seat and watch the physical body movements. Today i feel that my inner body want to out from my body and fly and enjoy the peace.
