It is really amazing to do meditation. I'm learning mudras now. Also doing Merkaba meditation and now I'm enjoying the peace state of mind.

Hello friends,
I'm keep doing the merkabah meditation. Till did not feel any kind of exciting things. Like tetrahedron movement or anything like that. But belive i will feel it one day.
At present days meditation Length become 20 to 30 minutes per day.
Till not able to calm my mind.

Hello friends. I was not able to write journal due to ignorance.
I would like to get back my wisdom. Well any how i again start to concentrate.
I am also trying a new meditation techniques called merkaba mediation.
When in meditation i feel like that I'm seating in a TV room and all those thoughts are like tv channels are playing in those tv's
Some time it attracts my concentration but when i remember that I'm seating in the TV room. I just say thank you for sharing calmly and just seat quietly till next channnel start and get my concentration on that channel.

At 5:50 AM
Wake up at 5:20 am. Feeling energetic and relaxed after wakeup. Finished daily work of morning. Then seat for meditation and feeling very blissfull happy relaxed. Was aware about every tiny movements of body. Today i was trying to hear the sound of silence. Try to ignore all thoughts. It was a very nice experience.
Length of meditation: 40 minutes

At 6:40 AM
Today I woke up late and not get enough time to seat for meditation. After get fresh and do daily work i seat for meditate. Do meditation for only 10 minutes. I was not able to concentrate while meditating today. I were not concentrate on peace whole day.
Meditation length: 10 minutes
At 9:10 PM
While meditation feeling peace. Get back My concentration.
