Meditation time: 7:20 PM
Hello friends. I was not able to write journal due to ignorance.
I would like to get back my wisdom. Well any how i again start to concentrate.
I am also trying a new meditation techniques called merkaba mediation.
When in meditation i feel like that I'm seating in a TV room and all those thoughts are like tv channels are playing in those tv's
Some time it attracts my concentration but when i remember that I'm seating in the TV room. I just say thank you for sharing calmly and just seat quietly till next channnel start and get my concentration on that channel.
