At 5:50 AM
Wake up at 5:20 am. Feeling energetic and relaxed after wakeup.  Finished daily work of morning. Then seat for meditation and feeling very blissfull happy relaxed. Was aware about every tiny movements of body. Today i was trying to hear the sound of silence. Try to ignore all thoughts. It was a very nice experience.
Length of meditation: 40 minutes
